MAB Light provides highly calculated architectural exterior lighting engineering and procurement solutions. We blend aesthetics with structural durability to elevate your property’s nighttime identity while eliminating all on-site execution risks.

Our comprehensive scope includes:

1. Engineering & Conceptual Design

• Specification Layout Plans: Developing millimetric execution blueprints mapping out precise lighting points and fixtures.

• Material-Driven Selection: Engineering the light based on physical façade textures (Travertine, stone, wood, matte paints) to prevent hot-spots and enhance textures.

• Hyper-Realistic 3D Simulations: Delivering photometrically accurate $3\text{D}$ exterior night renderings to preview and validate the atmosphere before execution.

• Technical Matrix: Defining absolute parameters for every light source including Wattage, Lumen output, Beam Angles ($\text{Beam Angles}$), and color temperatures (2700K / 3000K).

• Aesthetic Alignment: Sourcing and recommending high-end fixture styles that complement the modern or classical identity of the architecture.

2. Supply & Project Coordination (One-Stop Shop)

• Tailored Procurement: Preparing detailed commercial quotations for the supply of certified, architectural-grade exterior fixtures upon request.

• Fit-Out & Contractor Synergy: Conducting proactive site visits to brief and coordinate with the electrical and gypsum contractors on execution parameters.

• On-Site Construction Supervision: Overseeing technical installation, driver positioning, and final fixture aiming to ensure $100\%$ design fidelity.

💰 Commercial Terms & Financial Investment

💳 Payment Terms

• Advanced Commitment: $100\%$ payment in advance is required prior to the commencement of design and engineering works.

• Exclusions: The above fee covers engineering and design services only. It does not include the physical cost of lighting fixtures or procurement supply, unless explicitly agreed upon under a separate supply contract.

⏱ Project Timeline & Deliverables

• Design Delivery: Initial layout plans and conceptual directions will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days upon receiving complete architectural files.

• Site Supervision: Ongoing execution support and site visits will be dynamically scheduled in alignment with the project’s actual construction phases.

📌 Project Prerequisites (Requirements)

To initiate the engineering phase, the client must provide:

1. Complete Architectural Drawings (AutoCAD and PDF formats).

2. Exterior Façade Elevations and Landscape layouts (if available).

3. Specific aesthetic preferences or automated smart home integration requirements.

⚠️ Terms & Conditions

• Design Revisions: The package includes up to (4) complimentary revisions. Any subsequent revision requests will be billed separately at AED 200 per revision.

• Site Audits: The scope includes four (4) site visits. Additional site consultations beyond the included limit will be charged at AED 500 per visit.

• Execution Liability: MAB Light is an engineering and design authority. We bear no responsibility for site deviations, delays, or errors caused by contractors failing to comply with our approved specification blueprints.

• On-Site Adaptations: Final physical lighting placements remain subject to real-time structural conditions on site.

• Scope Variations: Any expansion of the design area or additional blocks will be evaluated and quoted under a separate addendum.

• Proposal Validity: This commercial proposal is strictly valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
